Sales Operations Analyst

• Position: Sales Operation Analyst

• Location: Kallang

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Construction and Telecommunications

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry benchmarking, and identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and support go-to-market strategies and expansion plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Identify improvement areas by preparing and analyzing dashboards, forecasts, and reports through sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends for leadership to support data-driven decisions

• Utilise, Manage and optimize CRM systems and BI tools to generate insights, support strategic planning and enhance sales processes

• Use Microsoft Excel to generate dashboards, pivot tables, and forecasting models applied to sales analytics

• Improve sales workflows and operational efficiency through process analysis and redesign

• Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programs to align sales goals

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity across sales platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or analytics

• Advanced Excel skills including dashboards, pivot tables, and forecasting models applied to sales analytics 

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and sales pipelines
