Job Description

• Position Title: Sales & Projects Engineer
• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.45 am – 6.15 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + HP Allowance + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets by conducting the full sales cycle of lead generation, follow-up, service delivery and closure of transaction.
• Detail work includes managing and understanding clients’ requirements and assessing equipment needs, preparing and delivering sales proposals, and technical presentations.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide continuous after-sales support such as aiding clients to identify problems with installed equipment (if any), recommending improved material, machinery or parts for replacement and maintenance.
• Direct and monitor daily activities to align the project progress and quality goals.
• Implement and adhere to the sales plan set by the manager with the aim of expanding the company’s customer base.
• Collaborate with team to compile information for tender submissions.
• Actively enhance personal knowledge of supplier’s products to introduce technology that adds value to the clients.
• Evaluate sales activities with the management weekly, including the status of prospective customers, plans to meet sales targets and status of deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, producing reports regularly to communicate with suppliers on sales activities and status of project.

• Minimum a Diploma in any engineering field
• Candidates with at least 1 year of Sales experience will be advantageous
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• With prior experience with tender systems such as Gebiz.
• With Class 3 Driving License
