Sales Promoter

Key Responsibilities

• Product Demonstration: Showcase product features, benefits, and use cases to potential buyers.
• Customer Engagement: Approach passing shoppers or event attendees to generate interest and identify their specific needs.
• Sales Targets: Drive consumer purchases to meet or exceed daily and weekly sales quotas.
• Booth Management: Set up, organize, and maintain attractive product displays, ensuring an adequate stock of promotional materials and samples.
• Reporting: Track customer feedback, sales data, and promotional success, and report findings to management.
• Brand Representation: Act as a positive, enthusiastic face for the brand.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or direct sales is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Personality: Outgoing, persuasive, and naturally customer-focused.

Working Arrangements

• Availability: Must be comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and during high-traffic events.
• Wednesdays to Sundays: 11am to 9pm with an hour break.
• Monday and Tuesday off
