Sales Representative (Kallang 5 Days AWS VB)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales and order targets.

• Perform result analysis for authorized distributors and conduct regular business reviews to track progress and adjust strategies as required.

• Provide support to tasks related to sales administration, including order processing to ensure seamless business operations.

• Act as subject matter expert for the product range and supporting the main team in product demonstration and needs assessment.

• Proactively promote and expand the calibration business as a value-added service.

• Plan and implement promotional campaigns and evaluate its effectiveness through regular monitoring and follow-up.

• Provide technical training and sales support to authorized distributors for effective promotion of products.

• Stay up to date on market trends and activities from related industries.

• Contribute to the generation of potential sales opportunities by actively identifying them during customer interactions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably NITEC/Diploma in Metrology or Engineering related fields.

• Strong understanding of small tools and general metrology principles (standards; drawings).

• A professional that has a drive for results and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
