Sales Representative (Lower Trade)

In Summary

• Monthly Salary of up to SGD 5,000 a month.

• Transport Allowance of SGD 1,500 ($1,200 transport allowance and $300 petrol claim).

• Regular working hours (Mondays to Thursday 8.30am - 6.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm). Our office is located in the Serangoon / Ang Mo Kio area.

• The Sales Representative will report to the Senior Sales Manager and be a new addition to our large and supportive brand/sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive lower trade sales across all our brands that we exclusively distribute/market shown here https://www.corlison.com/pages/our-brands
  The brands span across many categories such as batteries, lighters, shavers, condoms, oral care, feminine care, hair care, home cleaning etc.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with lower trade and general trade customers, such as provision shops, tobacco / cigarette specialty shops, HDB kopitiams & coffee shops, sundries / variety shops, traditional hardware shops, minimarts, wet market sundry stalls, convenience stores, supermarkets, and other lower trade outlets.

• Explore new sales opportunities by expanding our existing brands into lower trade channels and identifying additional brands for distribution within these markets.

• Drive monthly sales performance and achieve individual sales targets set for each month.

• Ensure timely payment collection in accordance with agreed credit terms.

• Execute promotional displays and trade mechanics to be ready when promotions start.

• Ensure outlets have optimal display locations to support brand visibility and brand value.

• Manage new product listings at assigned outlets.

• Monitor stock levels, distribution coverage, and provide regular market feedback to management.

Requirements

• Possess own car (transport allowance provided).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in lower trade / general trade FMCG sales.

• Strong existing contacts and relationships with lower trade retailers.

Salary and Remuneration

• Monthly Salary of up to SGD 5,000 a month.

• Transport Allowance of SGD 1,500 ($1,200 transport allowance and $300 petrol claim).

• Mobile allowance of SGD 40

• Medical/dental claims, and basic hospitalization insurance cover are provided.
