Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide and maintain excellent, professional, and personalized service to customers
• Creates positive first impression by having energetic attitude and a sparkling clean and organized environment
• Demonstrates expertise in all current relevant information relating the product and in-store activities
• Understands and adhere to the Visual Merchandising Standards
• Recognize sales opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to upsell/ cross-sell at point of service to drive and achieve monthly sales team target
• Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers Gift Cardsand captures customers information in the database (VIP/CRM)
• Always adhere to company’s SOP
• Performs housekeeping duties & inventory replenishment as required

Job Requirements

• Passion for Fashion and Luxury Goods sector
• Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Able to perform retail operational hours, which include weekends and public holidays
• English language skills are an asset
• High school education or equivalent required
