Job Description - Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

Young (Yang) Wellness has helped thousands achieve better health through natural methods using Traditional Chinese Medicine. Their therapy enhances lifestyle, reduces work stress, and builds a balanced foundation for healthier living. You will promote Young (Yang) Wellness products and services through outdoor roadshows, meet monthly sales targets, and maintain professional and organized presentation during events.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly personal sales targets by actively engaging potential customers
  • Conduct outdoor roadshows to promote company products and services effectively
  • Provide clear and accurate information about promoted products and treatments to customers
  • Distribute flyers and product samples to increase customer awareness and interest
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while promoting products in public settings
  • Set up promotional materials and displays before roadshows and pack items neatly after events
  • Keep working areas clean and organized throughout promotional activities
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by management promptly and reliably

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate a positive learning attitude to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Possess good knowledge of promoted products and treatments to answer customer queries confidently
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to engage and inform customers effectively

  • 在活动开始前布置宣传物料及展示区域,并于活动结束后妥善整理及收拾所有物品。
  • 在整个推广活动期间,保持工作区域整洁有序。
  • 按照管理层安排,及时完成其他临时(Ad hoc)工作任务。

  • 熟悉公司推广的产品及疗程,能够自信地解答顾客疑问。
