Job Summary

Lead and develop the sales team to achieve targets, manage customer relations, and identify new business opportunities within related industries at SUPERIOR CARDS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving business growth
• Review customer quotations and negotiate terms to secure favorable agreements
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and guidance to improve results
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within related industries to expand market reach

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or higher in Business or related field
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and coach junior staff
• Proficient command of English for effective communication
• Familiarity with Singapore local market needs
