Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

Lead a small sales team to achieve targets by coaching members, driving event performance, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set team sales targets, allocate tasks, and track progress in collaboration with the Sales Manager
• Demonstrate effective sales techniques during events to coach and motivate team members
• Verify order accuracy and promptly resolve customer enquiries or escalate issues
• Organize team briefings to share best practices and uphold outlet standards
• Prepare and analyze weekly sales reports using Excel to provide actionable insights to management
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new sales staff

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years frontline sales experience with at least 6 months in a lead or supervisory role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills applied in sales contexts
• Ability to work on-site and attend events as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales activities

• Location: Singapore – Islandwide
• Salary: SGD 3,000 – 5,900 monthly + Team Incentive + Commission
• Employment Type: Full-Time
