Sales Telemarketer (BEAUTY INDUSTRY with HIGH COMMISSION) 5 DAY | SOMERSET

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach: Contact potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote skincare products, treatments, and services

Product Promotion: Clearly explain the benefits of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and ongoing promotions

Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants

Sales Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls, handle customer enquiries, and encourage repeat purchases

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management

Job Requirements:

Telemarketing / Sales Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred beauty or skincare industry experience is an advantage

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone

Strong Persuasion & Negotiation Skills: Confident in pitching products and closing sales

Good Time Management: Able to handle a high volume of calls efficiently while completing follow-up tasks

Customer-Focused Mindset: Attentive to customer needs and able to recommend suitable solutions

Eligibility Requirement:

Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), and LTVP holders with valid work rights only

Location: 111 Somerset Road, #06-06 TripleOne Somerset, Singapore 238164

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5pm/9:00am – 6:00pm/ 10:00am - 7:00pm
