Sales Trader (Digital Assets / Global Markets)

Our client is a growing digital asset trading firm and are looking to hire a Sales Trader (Junior to Mid-level) to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in digital assets and global markets, working across both institutional and crypto-native clients.

We are open to candidates with at least 2 years of experience, and are happy to consider strong junior profiles with relevant exposure.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for supporting clients across trading and structuring activities, providing market insight, and executing trades across a range of products in fast-moving markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients with market colour and trade ideas
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and understand trading requirements
• Support structured product ideation based on client feedback
• Price and execute products ranging from spot to more complex structures
• Monitor and manage risk in line with internal and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with trading operations to support daily execution and settlement processes
• Collaborate with internal technology and analytics teams to improve trading systems and tools
• Continuously improve trading workflows and client service quality
• Work shifts as required, including coverage across global time zones and weekends

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in global markets trading (any asset class)
• Exposure to FX Options and/or cryptocurrencies is preferred
• Experience as a Sales Trader or similar role within financial services is advantageous
• Strong risk awareness and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and independent working style
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and large trading volumes
• Interest or experience in cryptocurrency markets is a strong plus
• Work shifts to support Asia, Europe, and New York market hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
