As SPS continues to grow across APAC, we are seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead strategic RFPs and pursuits across our Workplace Experience, Facilities Services, Concierge, Reception, and Outsourced Business Services (BPO) for Document Production, and Enterprise Support solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bid Strategy, Qualification & Win Planning
Lead early-stage bid qualification to ensure alignment with SPS service capabilities, operational model, and commercial objectives.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Solution Design teams to shape winning service solutions across workplace experience, facilities services, concierge, reception, and enterprise support programs.
Define win strategies, value propositions, and competitive positioning based on client operational needs and service delivery excellence.
Provide structure and discipline to ensure opportunities are strategically qualified and positioned before formal bid commitment.
End-to-end pursuit and bid project management
Lead the full bid lifecycle—from qualification through submission and client presentation—for complex regional and multi-country service contracts.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and regional leadership.
Develop and manage detailed bid plans, timelines, responsibilities, and governance milestones.
Ensure solutions are operationally sound, commercially viable, and aligned with client expectations and SPS service delivery standards.
Solution and Proposal Development
Oversee the creation of compelling client-centric proposals that clearly articulate SPS’s workplace and business support service solutions.
Translate operational service models—including staffing strategy, service delivery approach, and performance management—into persuasive written proposals and presentations.
Ensure proposals reflect operational excellence, service quality, and measurable client outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to ensure consistency with SPS messaging, positioning, and brand.
Governance, approvals & risk management
Ensure adherence to internal governance, qualification, and approval processes.
Validate pricing models, operational assumptions, and commercial risk considerations.
Secure executive alignment and approvals prior to submission.
Maintain strong governance, accountability, and quality throughout the bid lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement & Win Optimization
Support client presentations, clarifications, and negotiations post-submission.
Lead structured win/loss reviews to strengthen future pursuit effectiveness.
Contribute to the ongoing development of SPS bid tools, content libraries, and best practices globally.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
5–7+ years of bid management, proposal management, or pursuit management experience within business services organizations.
Proven experience supporting bids for services such as:
Facilities Management
Workplace Experience or Workplace Services
Hospitality or Concierge Services
Corporate Reception or Front-of-House Services
Outsourced Business Services or Enterprise Support Services
Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value service bids involving operational solution design and workforce-based service delivery models.
Experience partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Commercial teams to develop solutions that win new business.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop executive-level client proposals and presentations.
Preferred:
Experience managing regional or multi-country bids.
Background in facilities services, workplace experience providers, or hospitality-driven service environments.
Familiarity with structured bid methodologies (APMP or similar).
Strong commercial acumen, including pricing models, service costing, and contract considerations
