Salary Range: S$4,000 - S$4,500 Base + Attractive Commission

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to drive business growth for our frozen food products, including traditional-style buns, dumplings, and other ready-to-cook delicacies.

This role focuses on developing B2B sales channels, building long-term customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to support business expansion and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Channel Management : Cultivate and expand our B2B sales presence across key channels, including Major Supermarkets, F&B/Catering Groups, and E-grocers (RedMart, etc.).
  • Key Account Development : Manage commercial negotiations, listing arrangements, and joint promotional planning with strategic buyers and institutional accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy : Act as a key bridge between market front-liners and our Factory Management/Operations team to align inventory forecasting, supply chain delivery, and product enhancement.
  • Market Strategy : Analyze FMCG frozen food trends to optimize our pricing structures and branding positioning in the local market

Job Requirements :

  • Industry Experience : 3–5 years of sales or account management experience within the Singapore FMCG or Frozen Food sector (experience with frozen pastries, dim sum, or dumplings is highly valued).
  • Network & Relations : Possess a ready and active network of corporate buyers in Singapore, particularly with local supermarkets (e.g., FairPrice, Sheng Siong), online grocers (e.g., RedMart), or established F&B chains.
  • Core Competencies : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strategic mindset to oversee end-to-end B2B operations.
  • Language Proficiency : Good command of English and Mandarin to ensure smooth communication with both external partners and internal production teams in where required.
