Senior Key Account Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Key Account Executive/Key Account Manager with experience managing retail, pharmacy, modern trade, distributor, or FMCG consumer accounts within Singapore.

The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to OTC healthcare, wellness, supplements, skincare, personal care, or FMCG products sold through retail and pharmacy channels. You should be comfortable managing sales targets, trade promotions, retail negotiations, merchandising activities, and in-store execution in a fast-paced commercial environment.

This role is best suited for candidates with strong retail trade account management experience rather than purely corporate or enterprise account management backgrounds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related disciplines preferred.
• Approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience in consumer healthcare, OTC, wellness, skincare, personal care, supplements, or FMCG retail account management.
• Experience managing pharmacy chains, supermarkets, modern trade retailers, distributors, or e-commerce platforms will be highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in retail trade promotions, merchandising, account management, and sales negotiations.
• Good understanding of Singapore retail and pharmacy trade environments.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
