Job Description - Senior Sales Executive

Our client is an established interior products company specialising in high-quality carpet and flooring solutions for commercial and hospitality projects. The company works with designers, architects, contractors, hotel groups and project stakeholders across the region.

They are currently looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to support business growth in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality, commercial interiors, design and contractor sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, hotel end-users, developers and other project stakeholders.
  • Promote carpet, flooring and interior product solutions to potential clients.
  • Understand client project requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with regional management and internal teams to support project enquiries, quotations, samples and order coordination.
  • Track sales pipeline, customer activity and project opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new project developments.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in Singapore.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events or networking opportunities where required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in interior products, carpet, flooring, wallcovering, furniture, FF&E, building materials or related industries.
  • Experience selling to or working with interior designers, architects, contractors, hotels, developers or commercial end-users will be highly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to hospitality, hotel, commercial or project-based sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with new business development and proactive client outreach.
  • Able to work independently in a small regional setup.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin, Cantonese or other languages will be an added advantage.
