Senior Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of electronic components through proactive client engagement and business development (Hunting: Farming = 80:20)
• Execute marketing plans and campaigns for franchised products.
• Identify and establish relationships with new customers and suppliers.
• Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients to strengthen partnerships.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Promote and design-in principals’ products with OEM/ODM customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in a relevant or related industry; candidates from other industries are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Proven tele-sales experience with strong follow-up and client management skills
• Comfortable conducting cold calls and approaching new clients
• Professional and articulate communicator with strong presentation skills
• Experience working with distributors or resellers in the electronics industry is an added advantage
