Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager [Marine, Basic up to $8k Incentive]

• 5 days work week (MNC)
• Basic up to $8k with Commission
• Car Allowance provided
• Hunter role => Required sales experience in Marine/Aviation

Job Scope (General):

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Engage in negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
• Keep records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports. Work closely with internal teams, providing input on product and marketing strategies.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about product updates and sales techniques through training.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate with sales experience in Marine/Aviation Sector will only be considered.
• Ability to generate new prospects / develop sales with prospect (Hunter sales)
• Added advantage for candidate with own vehicle (not a mandatory requirement)
