Salary: $4000 - $5000
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve
company goals and targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key
customers and partners to drive sales growth.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business
opportunities and trends.
4. Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales projections and trends to inform business decisions and strategies.
5. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively to ensure cost-effective
operations.
6. Suppliers/ Agencies/ Inventories Management: Manage suppliers/ agencies, responsible to purchase stocks, manage inventory, price negotiation....etc.
7. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
8. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and achievements.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing,
finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry
regulations.
Qualifications:
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Intermediates/ Electronic/
Polyurethane/ Lubricant/ Water Treatment/ Adhesives industry.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Preferably at least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in Sales.
