Sales Associate (Watches)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about watches, enjoys building relationships with customers, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will represent our watch brands both in-store and on social media while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service to create a positive and memorable shopping experience.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of watch brands, movements, materials, and craftsmanship to provide expert product advice.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing journey, including product recommendations, comparisons, and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Process sales transactions accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
• Support inventory control, stock management, and the secure handling of merchandise.
• Uphold the company's brand image, professionalism, and confidentiality standards at all times.
• Engage with walk-in customers and support customer communication and brand engagement through social media platforms.
• Ensure the sales floor, display areas, and workspaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained to provide an inviting retail environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in watches or related product categories.

• Strong sales and customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

• Genuine interest in watches and willingness to continuously learn about products and industry trends.

• Comfortable interacting with customers both face-to-face and through digital and social media channels.
