SHOP SALES ASSISTANT

Job Summary

The Shop Sales Assistant is responsible for providingexcellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection,handling sales transactions, maintaining store displays, and supporting dailystore operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Recommend products based on customer requirements.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain stock levels and replenish shelves.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock-taking activities.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Support promotional activities and special sales events.

Requirements

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays if required.
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
