📝 Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide product information professionally

• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and preferences

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty

• Ensure the sales floor and work area are neat, organised, and well-presented

• Assist in day-to-day retail operations, including stock-taking

• Support new product launches, promotions, and related events when required
