Store Manager

For the role of Store Manager we expect you to be a great team leader, guiding the team to work well together, having positive and warmth energy not only serving the customers and working with the team as well as the strong passion for doing retail.

Responsibilities: 

• Planning of staff roster and ensure that the outlet is always staffed with appropriate headcount
• Formulate, implement and review procedures for control purposes and at the same time beneficial to sales
• Regularly appraise the performance of staff and to ensure that necessary training or counseling is provided to help them have a clear understanding of their job function and company’s expectation
• Collate, analyze and update information of general market trends on activities of competitors in the industry
• Develop and maintain constant engagement of teams and grow VIP customer base

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury beauty of more than 5 years, preferably senior/management roles
• People oriented with the ability to communicate with warmth, energy and sincerity
• The ability to communicate in Mandarin would be a strong advantage as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
