Store Supervisor (Retail)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience 
• Oversee the receiving of new stock, control returns/damages/transfer and the opening and closing of cashiers
• Oversee store inventory levels and make sure that all items are in stock 
• Managing and overseeing  Sales Associates to ensure that they complete their assigned tasks in a timely manner and meet store sales targets
• Train, counsel, and mentor Sales Associates
  
• Constantly motivate team to provide a top notch  service to all customers 
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers 

Key Requirements:

• Minimum post-secondary education qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience
• Skilled and knowledgeable in leading customer service and selling skills 
• Awareness of market and ladies fashion trends 
• Able to relate to empowering women through style, and have a strong personal sense of style and fashion
• Disciplined, self-motivated, results-oriented, independent, excellent communication skills, and a good team player
• A multi-tasker with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment 
• Able to work retail hours as needed (e.g. shift work, weekends and public holidays)
