SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee our team and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. The Supervisor will be responsible for training and coaching team members, monitoring performance, and implementing procedures and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervisory roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities:

●     Supervise and manage a team of employees

●     Train and coach team members on job responsibilities and performance expectations

●     Monitor team member performance and provide feedback for improvement

●     Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards

●     Identify and address performance and behavioural issues in a timely manner

●     Plan and coordinate team member schedules and workload

●     Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives

●     Manage inventory and supplies as needed

●     Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all team members

●     Minimum of [3] years of experience in a supervisory role

●     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

●     Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

●     Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

●     Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
