Supplement E-Commerce Manager

The Role

We are looking for a hybrid digital strategist and wellness expert. You will take ownership of our online revenue channels (Shopee, Lazada, Brand.com) while playing a pivotal role in researching and developing our next generation of supplements. If you have a deep understanding of nutritional ingredients, a track record of scaling e-commerce brands, and the vision to drive cross-border business development, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Leadership: Oversee end-to-end operations and sales growth across Brand.com, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other emerging platforms.

• Product Development & R&D: Drive the new product pipeline. Conduct deep market research on trending ingredients (e.g., colostrum, hyaluronic acid, nootropics) and collaborate with manufacturers to develop effective, market-ready formats.

• Business Development (BD): Identify and secure new retail partnerships, affiliate networks, and cross-brand collaborations to drive customer acquisition.

• International Expansion: Spearhead our overseas market entry strategies, adapting our e-commerce operations, logistics, and marketing to resonate with international consumers.

• Growth Strategy: Analyze store metrics, optimize conversion rates, and implement high-impact promotional campaigns to maximize GMV and overall business growth.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in e-commerce management, specifically handling marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada) and Brand.com platforms.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the supplement, health, or wellness industry.

• Expansion Experience: Prior experience facilitating cross-border e-commerce or expanding a brand into overseas markets is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills for BD, and a strong pulse on digital marketing trends (including live commerce and affiliate strategies).

• Bonus Qualification: A background as a certified Nutritionist, Dietitian, or a degree in Food Science/Nutrition is a massive plus.
