TCM Sales Consultant/Manager

Job Description

· Understand and promote TCM treatments, packages, and wellness products

· Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on clients' needs

· Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales

· Meet monthly sales and conversion targets

· Educate clients on benefits and outcomes of TCM services

· Maintain a good relationship with clients to encourage retention and referrals

Job Requirements:

· At least 1 year of experience in a sales role (clinic/spa/healthcare background preferred)

· Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

· Confident, motivated, and sales-driven personality

· Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)

· Basic knowledge of TCM is an advantage (training will be provided)

· Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required
