Technical Sales Executive – Wire Ropes & Slings [EL]

• Source and develop new clients in construction, marine, and industrial sectors.

• Provide expert advice on the safe and effective use of lifting equipment.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and technical solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and product demand.

• Represent the company at trade shows and technical seminars.

• Meet or exceed agreed sales KPIs and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in lifting, rigging, or industrial supplies.

• Technical knowledge of wire ropes, shackles, slings, and lifting gear is highly advantageous.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients.
