Job Description

• Position Title: Technical Sales Support Specialist / Regional Solutions Engineer
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support to the sales team.
• Address customer inquiries, understand their pain points, and propose the most suitable solutions for deployment.
• Build and maintain strong, productive, and collaborative relationships with all internal stakeholders (Commercial, Business Development, Finance).
• Conduct presentations for customers both physically and virtually.
• Perform product demonstrations for customers and partners at exhibitions/events in Singapore and regionally.
• Visit customer premises to assess requirements, constraints, and overall situations.

• At least 2 years of working experience in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, and Mechanical Engineering field preferred.
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Regional travel to Asia Pacific is required (30%).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP or AUTOCAD is an added advantage but not essential.
