TECHNICIAN

Install and commission water purification systems at customer premises.

Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of water purifiers.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out repairs.

Replace filters, cartridges, membranes, and other consumable components.

Test and inspect water purification systems to ensure proper operation and water quality.

Provide customers with basic operating instructions and maintenance guidance.

Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.

Ensure all installation and servicing work complies with company procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Coordinate with the operations team to schedule service appointments and respond to customer service requests.

Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good working condition.
