Key responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company's products and services
• Identifying customer needs and pain points to tailor sales pitches
• Building rapport with customers and converting leads into sales
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Providing feedback to the management team on customer pain points and market trends

What we're looking for

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an outbound call Centre environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• A resilient and persistent nature to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• A keen interest in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
