Job Description - Territory Sales InCharge

Job Summary

Territory Sales Incharge Singapore will drive gas generator sales and profitability within Singapore. You will lead business development, manage partners and customers, and collaborate with the Country Manager to execute market and franchise strategies aligned with global objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and manage the gas generator business in Singapore to achieve revenue targets for Peak International
  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase revenue, market penetration, and win rates
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to identify needs and uncover up-selling and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Negotiate sales contracts ensuring compliance with terms and conditions without compromising revenue margins
  • Manage a healthy sales funnel and provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and supply chain management
  • Utilize sales tools to profile customers and gather intelligence on sales opportunities
  • Provide marketing support as needed to enhance brand presence and sales efforts
  • Represent the company at relevant conferences and exhibitions to promote Peak Scientific

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proven sales experience with a track record in Scientific/analytical Instruments
  • Understanding of Singapore business culture and Government Tender Procedures

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Knowledge of Gas Chromatography markets and applications
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all business areas
  • Ability to make swift commercial decisions that benefit the business
  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical and commercial challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate teams and meet deadlines
  • Strong business acumen
