Visual Merchandising Executive

Primary Responsibility

As a Visual Merchandising Executive, you will bring the brand vision to life through strategic and impactful visual storytelling. This role focuses on creating compelling product displays, optimizing store layouts, and supporting commercial goals through data-driven merchandising strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Areas of Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

• Execute visual merchandising strategies that align with brand objectives and local market needs to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Develop compelling window displays and in-store presentations that effectively showcase products, campaigns, and key collections.
• Adapt merchandising strategies based on sales performance, traffic patterns, and customer behaviour to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Implement seasonal updates, product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activations across stores.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual merchandising supports overall business and marketing objectives.

Retail Standards &Operational Excellence

• Maintain a premium, visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand identity and standards.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising guidelines while balancing creativity with operational practicality.
• Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising best practices, ensuring proper upkeep and maintenance of displays.
• Monitor and refresh store displays in response to traffic trends, promotions, inventory movements, and new product arrivals.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across locations.
• Support store openings, renovations, and special projects as required.

Perform any other duties as assigned by Management to support retail operations and business needs.
