As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will lead the overall visual merchandising strategy and execution across retail locations, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and commercially effective customer experience.
This role goes beyond visual presentation—it is about translating brand identity into compelling retail experiences that drive sales performance and customer engagement. Leveraging sales data, inventory insights, customer behaviour, and brand guidelines, you will ensure strong visual execution across all retail touchpoints.
You will be both a strategic leader and hands-on executor, balancing creativity with commercial objectives while ensuring brand consistency across multiple locations and markets.
Areas of Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies and window displays that align with brand objectives while driving sales performance through data-driven insights.
Create compelling in-store presentations that enhance product visibility, customer engagement, and overall shopping experience.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently executed across all retail locations.
Regularly review and refresh store layouts and displays to maximise commercial opportunities and improve customer flow.
New Store Openings & Expansion Support
Plan and support visual merchandising rollouts for new store openings, including pre-opening planning, store set-up, merchandising installation, and launch execution.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure visual standards are established and maintained from store opening onwards.
Support seasonal updates, renovations, relocations, and special retail projects as required.
Commercial & Sales Performance
Analyse sales trends, customer traffic, inventory levels, and product performance to develop effective merchandising strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve sell-through rates through strategic product placement and presentation.
Ensure visual merchandising decisions support key business objectives and commercial targets.
Customer Experience & Brand Storytelling
Curate engaging and customer-centric displays that effectively communicate brand stories, campaigns, and product features.
Create immersive retail environments that enhance the customer journey and strengthen brand perception.
Adapt visual presentations to meet the needs of different customer profiles and retail environments.
Campaign& Seasonal Rollouts
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and promotional activities across all stores.
Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives while maintaining consistency across locations.
Coordinate campaign rollouts with relevant departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Brand Standards & Governance
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards across all retail channels at all times.
Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess visual merchandising execution and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, tools, and resources for store teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with store operations, marketing, commercial, and leadership teams to align visual merchandising initiatives with business priorities.
Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners where required to support visual merchandising projects and installations.
Provide recommendations and insights to improve overall retail presentation and customer experience.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop visual merchandising team members and store teams on visual merchandising best practices.
Provide training and ongoing support to ensure consistent execution of visual standards across all locations.
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and operational excellence within the visual merchandising function.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management to support retail operations and business needs.
