VP, Exchange Traded Derivatives Sales

The Role
We're looking for a senior derivatives sales professional to grow our futures & options business across Korea, with reach into Hong Kong and Singapore. You'll own client relationships, bring in new business, and work closely with trading and operations to structure solutions for institutional clients. This is a hunting role - you're expected to generate revenue, not just manage existing accounts.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow a book of institutional clients - hedge funds, asset managers, banks, prop shops, sovereign funds, corporates
• Win new clients across Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore
• Be the go-to contact for clients on execution, clearing, and derivatives products
• Sell exchange-traded futures and options across equities, rates, commodities, and FX
• Give clients market insight and help design execution/clearing strategies
• Liaise with exchanges (SGX, CME, ICE, NSE, DGCX, etc.) on promotions and partnerships
• Work cross-functionally with product, quant, legal, and compliance teams
• Keep on top of regulatory and market developments in the region

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in listed derivatives sales, similar functions
• Experienced in growing new business revenue and client relationships in Asia
• Solid grasp of derivatives markets and clearing infrastructure
• Existing relationships with Korean institutional clients preferred
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's a plus
