ACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATION

Gelmax Pte Ltd is a food distribution company established in Singapore since 2002, specializing in the import and distribution of premium Italian and European food products for the HoReCa, Retail, and E-commerce sectors.

Eligibility:
Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident (PR), or Dependant's Pass (DP) holder with a valid Letter of Consent (LOC) only.

Due to current work pass quota limitations, we are unable to sponsor new Work Permits, S Passes, or Employment Passes for this position.

Main Responsibilities:
• Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Bank reconciliation and supplier/customer statement reconciliation
• Weekly Cash Flow updates and payment monitoring
• Follow-up on customer collections and supplier payments
• General administration and document management
• Food permit applications, renewals, and regulatory documentation
• Support for import permits and product registration
• Coordination with government authorities and service providers
• Maintenance of company records, licenses, and permits

Requirements:
• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or Administration
• Previous accounting and administration experience
• Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is an advantage)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Experience in food distribution, logistics, import/export, or FMCG industries is an advantage
