Business Development Executive

Our client is an established company in the landscaping and horticultural services industry, providing a range of grounds maintenance, landscaping design, and related services across Singapore. We are looking for a dynamic and sales-driven Business Development Executive to help grow their client base. This is a great opportunity for fresh diploma graduates or driven sales professionals looking to build a career in business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and online platforms.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs to tailor suitable solutions.
3. Sales Strategy: Support the development and execution of sales strategies to grow market share and drive revenue.
4. Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals and presentations outlining services, pricing, and value proposition.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Assist in negotiating contract terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
6. Market Research: Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum Diploma in any field — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Sales-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented individuals.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus, but not required.
5. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
7. Willing to travel within Singapore for client meetings.
