Job Title: Business Development, Sales & Client Management Executive (Martial Arts & Fitness)

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and commercially driven Business Development, Sales & Client Management Executive to grow our multi-disciplinary martial arts and sports business network, expand B2B partnerships, and meet sales target. Based in Singapore, you will drive new business acquisition, cultivate strategic brand collaborations, and build lasting relationships with corporate clients across our diverse martial arts, sports and fitness offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with schools, community organisations, and fitness brands to generate leads and deliver activities that support sales targets.
2. Sales Administration & Documentation: Maintain CRM records, update client information, and prepare professional corporate proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements using Windows-based business applications.
3. Market Insights: Monitor Singapore’s sports and martial arts landscape to identify emerging opportunities, new growth concepts, and competitive strategies.
4. Sales & Account Management: Respond promptly to sales enquiries, recommend relevant sports products, and follow up on recurring and bulk orders.
5. Commercial Documentation: Prepare accurate sales quotations, customer proposals, and purchase orders using Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. Inventory Coordination: Use Microsoft Excel to track inventory movements, maintain stock records, and manage product variations, including sizes and colours.
7. Post-Delivery Administration: Ensure all delivery documentation is complete, including the timely return and secure filing of signed Delivery Orders (DOs).

Requirements

1. Driving Licence: A valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and a clean driving record are required.
2. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data sorting, formatting, and inventory log management, as well as Microsoft Word.
3. Physical Requirements: Able to safely lift, load, and unload sports equipment and bulk orders as part of the role’s duties.
4. Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in business development, e-commerce sales, or sports retail is preferred.
5. Personal Attributes: Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to move confidently between field sales, administrative work, and hands-on operational tasks.

Salary & Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: S$3,200 - $4,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
2. Employment Type: Full-time, permanent.
