We are anestablished Agrochemical company seeking a dynamic and commercially driven BDSpecialist / Agrochemical Sales Specialist to support business expansion acrossAsia.
· This role focuseson sales and trading activities for manage the regional commercial roadmap forone of three high-value business lines: Specialty Pesticides & Herbicides,Biostimulants, and integrated Crop Nutrition products, ensuring the category deliversits value proposition.
· Identifying andqualifying potential new customers through research, cold calling, and emailoutreach
· Maintaining adetailed pipeline of sales opportunities and tracking progress
· Collaboratingclosely within the sales team to convert leads into customers
· Stayingup-to-date with the company's products, services, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
· Manageand grow customer relationships across Asia & Middle East markets
· Supporttrading activities for spot and contract business
· Identifynew business opportunities within Agro sectors
· Buildhealthy sales pipelines and perform weekly updates on the progress.
· Buildrelationships with customers within.
· Responsiblefor commercial negotiations, quotations, and contract discussions
· Coordinateclosely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth deliveryexecution
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, ChemicalEngineering, Business, or related discipline
· Experience: 3+ years in Technical Sales orbusiness development within the Ag-Tech/Agrotech/Fertilizer.
· Scientific & Analytical Mindset: Demonstratesa deep commitment to evidence-based selling, with the ability to translatecomplex agronomic data into clear commercial value.
· Expertise: Proven track record infertilizer and agrochemical product management and business development.Experience with Specialty Fertilizers or Biostimulants is highly preferred.
· Regional Asia market exposure will be anadded advantage
· Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable workingin a growing business environment
· Regional Traveling required. 50%.
