E-commerce Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms, driving online revenue, optimizing customer experience, and executing digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
• Monitor website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Work closely with marketing teams on digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with marketplace partners and external vendors.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from product discovery to order fulfillment.
• Prepare regular sales, performance, and market analysis reports for management.
• Lead and mentor e-commerce team members where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online marketplace management.
• Experience with major marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or TikTok Shop.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce management tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing online sales targets and P&L.
• Experience with regional e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.
