Export Sales Manager

Job Summary

Drive export sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and leading the export sales team to expand LOTTE’s market share in Australia and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

1. Develop and implement export sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
2. Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and business opportunities
3. Lead the expansion of the Australian market and Southeast Asian markets
4. Collaborate with other subsidiary companies within the Lotte Group to identify and maximize business synergy.

Customer and Commercial Management:

1. Manage strategic relationships with overseas customers and distributors
2. Review special pricing, payment terms, overdue-payment concerns, and other non-standard commercial matters
3. Support the resolution of major customer issues and escalations

Sales Performance and Reporting

1. Prepare export sales forecasts and targets
2. Review sales performance against targets
3. Analyze market and customer performance and recommend corrective actions

Export Operations Oversight

1. Maintain oversight of the export order and shipment process
2. Monitor major shipment delays, freight issues, and documentation concerns.
3. Supervise, support, and lead the Export Sales Team, including guiding and educating members to ensure team development and performance excellence as an Export Team Leader

Candidate Profile

1. At least 5 years of sales or export experience, preferably in FMCG or food distribution
2. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree qualification
3. Fluent in spoken and written English
4. Familiarity with export procedures and documentation is an advantage
5. Experience handling regional export markets and overseas customers
6. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
7. Results-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
8. Strong negotiation and closing skills
9. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
