F&B Sales Manager | B2B | West

Job Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
3. Set clear performance goals, conduct regular coaching sessions, and drive team development.
4. Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and cold calling.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
6. Manage the full sales cycle from business development and negotiations to successful deal closure.
7. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities.
8. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
9. Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, including experience leading and managing a sales team.
2. Experience in the food distribution or food-related industry is highly preferred.
3. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving sustainable business growth.
4. Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
6. Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and cold calling.
7. Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
8. Able to work on-site in the West of Singapore on a 5.5-day work week.
