We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our key accounts in Singapore. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our range of consumer electronic goods, including home appliances.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize value and satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve win-win outcomes.
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to expand product penetration.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the consumer electronics sector.
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of account initiatives.
Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns with key accounts.
Provide feedback to internal teams on customer requirements and market insights.
Track account performance, prepare regular sales reports, and present actionable insights.
Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain accurate records of account activities and pipeline opportunities.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
