MARKETING MANAGER

1. Achieves area sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

2. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

3. Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

4. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

5. Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.

6. Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.

7. Proven track record in marketing fresh vegetables and good exposure in handling retailers in Singapore.

8. Must possess Bachelor Degree in any fiels.

9. Having valid Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence is an added advantage.
