Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and budget controls
2. Drive projects to successful completion ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget at all times
3. Lead, inspire, and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising engineers, technicians, and key stakeholders
4. Foster a high-performance and collaborative working culture that encourages accountability and excellence
5. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with internal and external parties
6. Build and manage strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle
7. Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies ahead of time
8. Continuously monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery
9. Ensure all project deliverables consistently meet the highest quality standards required
10. Develop and enforce quality control measures and procedures across all project phases
11. Oversee project expenditure and maintain strict budgetary control throughout the project duration
12. Provide regular and accurate financial reports to the Sales Director and senior management
13. Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation at all times
14. Deliver regular project status updates to the Sales Director and all relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in any discipline
2. Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing industry
3. Strong industry network and deep knowledge within the semiconductor, life sciences, or medical market
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams with strong decision-making capabilities
