Sales Executive (Traditional Trade)

• Develop new business opportunities within the traditional trade market.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly, including provision shops, temples, funeral service providers and retailers.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Promote the company's range of ceremonial products and introduce new product offerings.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and close sales.
• Monitor customers' inventory levels and proactively recommend replenishment orders.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• Sales experience in wholesale, FMCG, traditional trade or distribution is preferred.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B/2A/2 motorcycle licence.
• Must own and be able to use a motorcycle for daily customer visits.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and industrial areas.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Preferred Qualities

• Experience serving traditional trade customers.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with a wide range of customers.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales and daily customer visits.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
