Sales Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit and service assigned outlets to process orders and replenish inventory.
• Optimize shelving space, maintain stock levels, and ensure effective product merchandising.
• Cultivate strong relationships with designated outlets to develop sales pipelines, negotiate pricing and quantities, finalize deals, and manage delivery schedules.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
• Ensure accurate product labelling and pricing, and manage Point of Sale Marketing (POSM) materials.
• Perform any other assigned ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
  
  
  Requirements:
• Have a keen passion and interest in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
• No prior work experience is necessary. 
• Capable of working independently, demonstrating self-motivation, diligence, and organizational prowess.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
