Sales Representative (Laboratory)

Job Summary

You will source laboratory equipment, manage supplier and client communications, prepare accurate sales documentation, and maintain CRM records to drive sales growth and provide technical support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Source laboratory equipment by engaging with suppliers to fulfill customer requirements efficiently
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and order documentation within deadlines to support sales processes
• Follow up proactively with clients to pursue sales opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain and update CRM records to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions for effective sales management
• Provide clear product information and technical support to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in a science-related discipline such as Chemistry, Biology, or Biomedical Sciences
• Prior experience in laboratory equipment sales or a related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through customer engagement and relationship building
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
