SENIOR SOLUTIONS MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Manager to lead business process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives within our beverage wholesale and distribution operations.

This role focuses on improving end-to-end business processes, designing scalable operational workflows, and implementing practical solutions (including systems, tools, and process improvements) to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. You will work closely with department heads and senior leadership to strengthen overall operational performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct systematic audits of existing business processes across departments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design, document, and implement optimized workflows, SOPs, and operational solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and optimize distribution and supply chain processes.
• Define and track KPIs to measure operational performance and report progress to leadership.
• Drive adoption of process and system improvements through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Evaluate and implement operational tools and systems (e.g. workflow systems, ERP-related tools, automation solutions) to support scalability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, business process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain, FMCG, wholesale, or distribution operations is an advantage.
• Proven track record of leading process redesign or operational improvement projects with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with operational systems, workflow tools, or business applications is an advantage.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
