Job Overview
This entry-level position offers comprehensiveon-the-job training in physical commodity trading. The successful candidatewill work closely with experienced traders to gain practical exposure to marketanalysis, trade execution, contract management, and customer relationshipmanagement within the petrochemical trading business.
Job Responsibilities
· Support senior traders in theexecution and follow-up of physical commodity trades, including spottransactions and related trading activities.
· Monitormarket developments, including supply-demand fundamentals, pricing trends,inventory movements, and industry news, and prepare regular market updates andreports.
· Assistin identifying and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, andother business counterparties.
· Prepare,review, and follow up on trade contracts and related commercial documentationto ensure timely execution and settlement.
· Coordinatewith internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth tradeexecution and fulfilment.
· Maintainaccurate trading records and market databases.
· Performother duties and projects assigned by management.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics, Finance, or arelated discipline.
· Freshgraduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship or work experience incommodity trading or supply chain will be an advantage.
· Proficientin both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speakingcustomers, suppliers, and regional stakeholders.
· Stronganalytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented,proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
