WAREHOUSE OFFICER

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient receiving, storage and distribution of fresh fruits while maintaining high food safety and inventory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse.
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming fruit shipments against purchase documents.
• Supervise proper storage of products in the cold-room storage areas.
• Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices are consistently followed.
• Operate a forklift safely for loading, unloading and movement of pallets.
• Coordinate order picking, packing and dispatch for customer deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, food hygiene and workplace safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise warehouse assistants as the business grows.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution operations.
• Experience in food, fresh produce or cold-chain operations will be an advantage.
• Valid Singapore Forklift Licence / Forklift Operator Certificate.
• Able to operate forklifts and warehouse handling equipment safely.
• Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including handling cartons and pallets and moving products within the warehouse.
• Good organisational and inventory management skills.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and inventory software). Experience with AutoCount Inventory is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
